Most public-space projects are not single-product orders. A park package is a bench model, a litter bin, a picnic table and a planter, specified together and shipped together. That is why our MOQ is set per model rather than per order, and why mixed containers are the normal case rather than a concession.
This page sets out the commercial terms you need before you can compare a quote: minimum quantity, production lead time, payment terms, packing method, inspection, and what technical documentation we can release for a tender submission.
MOQ and mixed containers
There is no single company-wide minimum. Each model carries its own per-model minimum, printed on its product page: 20 pcs on most builds, 5 pcs on selected models, and higher on a few large fabricated pieces. Different models can be combined in one container, so a mixed street-furniture package does not need the same quantity of everything.
The figure on a product page is the tier entry point for that model. Price-break quantities and the binding minimum are confirmed at quotation stage — a catalogue price tier is a purchasing reference, not a commitment until the model, finish and packing are fixed in the quote.
Lead time: production and sea freight
Production lead time is quoted per project at quotation stage — Pending factory confirmation for a standard production window, because the model mix, finish and season all move it. Sea freight is quoted separately and depends on port pair, sailing schedule and season.
| Stage | What happens | What can extend it |
|---|---|---|
| Quoting and engineering feedback | Drawings, finish and packing reviewed; costed BOM returned | Incomplete site drawings, unresolved RAL or slat choice |
| Production | Frames cut, welded, finished; slats machined | Non-standard lengths, mixed-model batches, peak season |
| Galvanizing and powder coating | Hot-dip galvanizing and coating where specified | Colour matching to a physical sample, duplex specification |
| Packing and QC record | Flat-pack or nested packing, photo record issued | Custom crating or buyer-specified marking |
| Sea freight and customs | Booking, loading, export clearance, arrival | Port congestion, peak-season space, destination inspection |
Stage durations are confirmed per project; the production window that applies to your order is stated on the quotation, not published as a standard figure.
Payment terms and Incoterms
We quote FOB or CIF depending on what the buyer's freight forwarder needs. Standard payment is 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy, confirmed per order.
If your procurement requires a different structure — letter of credit, staged payments against production milestones, or payment against inspection — raise it at quotation stage rather than after the order is placed.
Packing and container loading
Bench frames nest and slats pack flat; bins ship as body plus liner; planters nest where the profile allows. Packing is designed around the container, not around pallet uniformity, because freight is usually the second-largest line in a public-furniture budget.
Units per container are calculated from each model's flat-pack cubic volume against the container's usable volume, then confirmed by the packing list before shipment. We do not publish per-model loading estimates until the packing data is confirmed for that model.
Quality control and inspection
Production follows an ISO 9001 process. Inspection covers incoming material, weld quality, coating thickness and finish, and a pre-shipment check with a photo record issued to the buyer.
Third-party inspection (AQL sampling by a nominated agency) can be arranged at the buyer's cost. Material and coating test reports from CMA/CNAS-accredited laboratories are available on request — we do not publish test figures, because the certificate that matters is the one issued against your batch.
Samples and pre-production
For OEM work we produce a pre-production sample before the bulk run. Sample cost, lead time and whether the sample cost is credited against the order are quoted per project — Pending factory confirmation.
Tooling and mould ownership, where new tooling is required, is agreed in writing before production starts.
Frequently asked questions
What is your MOQ?+
It is set per model, not per order: 20 pcs on most builds and 5 pcs on selected models, with the figure printed on each product page. Mixed models can share one container, so a project that needs 30 benches and 30 bins still ships as a single load.
Can I mix models in one container?+
Yes — mixed containers are normal for public-space packages. Send the full model list and quantities and we will return a loading plan against your container size.
Who pays sea freight?+
It depends on the Incoterm. On FOB terms the buyer nominates the forwarder and pays freight; on CIF terms we quote freight and insurance to your destination port.
Can I inspect before shipment?+
Yes. We issue a photo record before packing, and you can nominate a third-party inspection agency at your cost. Inspection is scheduled before the container is sealed.
Do you supply TDS for tender submission?+
Yes. Dimensional drawings, material specifications and finish schedules are released for tender use; test reports are released on request against the specific batch.
